This organic, Sencha-style green tea is shade-grown for fewer than 20 days. Shade growing increases the amount of protein and chlorophyll in the leaf. Kabusecha combines green freshness of Sencha with the creamy, brothy, and pungent richness of Gyokuro. The balance of flavors and pleasant umami is sure to please both Sencha and Gyokuro enthusiasts.
