Refund policy

Full refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on the part of Dobra Tea.

Partial refunds will be issued in the event of customer error or order cancellation.  The refund amount shall be 67% of the value of the product.

No refunds will be issued for delivered, opened product. No returns.

If product arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be issued.
