This Yunnan pu'er is processed in the traditional Shou Pu'er way, and finished with a sweet twist - after processing, the leaves are packed into sticks of bamboo to age and further develop in character. The sweet, grassiness of the bamboo complements the deep, earthiness of the pu’er. As the leaves unpack, the sweetness of the bamboo becomes more prevalent.
