“Pearl tea,” the traditional technology of processed green tea from Zhejiang province. It is a typical processing into small, tightly rolled marbles. The distinctive gloss exemplifies the top quality and freshness of this tea. We are proud to be the sole purveyors of this robust green tea.
A superior jasmine tea from Fujian, produced through seven successive cycles of blending in and removing jasmine flowers, it is especially suitable for drinking with close companions. The small, mossy-green leaves, flecked with white petals, hold a pervasive jasmine aroma, a distinctive lingering taste, and a mildly euphoric effect.
Ha Giang Ché Xanh
Ancient Arbor Green Tea
A traditionally processed green tea produced from 100 year old tea trees by Dao tea farmers in the Vietnamese mountains of Hà Giang, more than 1000m above sea level. The age of the trees give a flavor unlike other green teas; the deep flavor is most similar to other ancient tree teas such as Lao Shu Pu’er.
Ché Xanh, a remarkable Vietnamese green tea whose leaves are picked with extraordinary care, has reserved a special place on our menu. It has a strong, vegetal and astringent infusion not unlike grilled asparagus. Good to awaken a drifting mind.

High Elevation Korean Green
Harvested and processed by hand in the Jiri Shan National Park. The tea master himself, Mr. Cho, is the only person who is capable of giving the tea its final, delicate roasting. Certified organic!
50g for $20
This top quality organic green tea, unparalleled in excellence for taste and growing practices, has been awarded Gold and Gold Grand Prize by Japan’s World Green Tea Contest many years in a row. Grown on the Jirisan mountain range on the southern Korean coast, this light infusion conceals a brilliant complexity of flavor on the boundary between Chinese and Japanese teas. The leaves are gently pan-roasted to seal in their freshness, hand rolled, and then baked at low temperatures to complete the drying process. This process offers a rich flavor with a bready, nut-like complexity. We serve the small size of this tea in a traditional tea vessel from Korea. Due to the small size of this farm and its produce, Dobrá Tea is honored to be the sole retailer of this tea in the United States, and one of a very small number in the rest of the world.
